Simple: during this drop, every credit is bumped up one full customization tier at no cost. Pay the Premade price, your credit redeems as Premade Pro. Pay Pro, redeem as Plus. Pay Plus, redeem as X, the only way X is ever available. The upgrade is locked to your credit for its entire life, not just while the drop runs.
Mix Credits become redeemable the day the site launches. We'll email your redemption link the moment it's live. From there, use them whenever you're ready: credits are valid for one full year from purchase, and they're tied to the email you check out with. Pick one mix or spread multiple credits across several; your premade downloads instantly and the custom work follows on the tier's timeline.
No. Checkout runs through Stripe's secure payment page and takes about a minute. Name, email, and phone number are all we collect, so we know exactly where to deliver your credits. If you create an account later, your credits will be waiting there too.
